Talk about a fresh build but there are some issues.
Since January I’ve struggled to publish the build. I started with the AsRock/7600 combo and tried swapping out the MB but got no response. My speaker is installed and still doesn’t trigger any beeps. In the early troubleshooting phase, a trusted service center examined the system. They confirmed everything was functioning properly—power and connections to the MB were sound—and replaced another memory card without success, sending it back. After switching to the Gigabyte MB, the red CPU LED illuminated, which led them to return the 7600 model. Now I’ve just installed the 7600X, but the CPU LED remains on.
I’ve been assembling PCs for a long time and have never encountered faulty CPUs. I’m more prone to lightning strikes than to repeated failures! I’m unsure what to do next. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I’ve been assembling my own PCs for a long time and never encountered faulty CPUs. Defective CPUs have existed, but I’ve found 5 during my experience since 2003. Are your RAM slots A2 and B2?

Place the PC on its side (if housed in a case), and see if you can ease pressure from the cooling mount so the cooling block touches the CPU’s IHS. Check if this improves things.
Just a single simm for the first couple of posts . . .
I will back off a bit on the HS. I’m very cautious about the torque level on heatsinks . . .
Sorry, I've removed and changed the number of times before. I'm even getting another pair that should arrive by the end of the week. I plan to place them inside the open case to check for any problems. This case fits very closely next to the MB connectors. It didn’t cause issues with the previous MB, but could now.
The main issue is ensuring the proper connection of the motherboard 8-pin sockets, which must be fully inserted and secured. This applies to both the motherboard and PSU ends of the cable. The same applies to the 24-pin cable. I was asking you to confirm this.
Would swapping out the 6650XT for the integrated video, as seen in the 7000 series, affect the outcome?
