She did this prior to my attempt at replacing the individual RAM sticks; it worked for all components.

Fixed. I believe this is the chain of events that lead to this whole disaster, and how I fixed it. What the problems were: I'm a guy that holds the power button down until my PC shuts off. I KNOW ITS NOT GOOD FOR THE PC. The power button on mine is weird and 9 times out of 10 pressing it doesn't do anything so I hold it down. I believe that I corrupted a file, which only made me do the shut down thing more because it's the only way I could turn off my PC in certain situations. I think I fucked with my hardware after doing that, which then made my install of windows 10 corrupted too. How I fixed it: Swapped shitty ram with old, but slower ram. This was the only way to get my PC to post. After that I manually set the clock speed for my ram in my bios. Swapping the ram to an older kit disabled xmp. I had to reset my PC, which reinstalled windows 10 but wiped lots of programs off my boot drive. Thankfully I chose to keep personal files and everything is now working again. I'll have to buy a new 32gb kit of ram. Maybe I should get a higher MHz? Edited June 7, 2023 by EvanDaGr8
