Everything you mentioned is incorrect. The pump is working, there’s heat sink paste present, and everything seems to be installed correctly after countless attempts. I verified the BIOS and confirmed the pump was active. The fan is operating normally. After exiting the BIOS, my computer stopped responding and didn’t power back on.

I believe the main issue you're referring to is that I installed the cooler in a different setup, and it functioned properly, which suggests there might be another factor at play.
