System starts up but fails to display video output.
Hey, I see you're having an issue with your PC. Today it worked fine, but after the motherboard logo it stops showing video. You can access BIOS and everything, though the resolution is stuck at 800 x 600. Anyone have any ideas? The PC was functioning properly when it was on. I powered it on, did some work, then turned it off for six hours. After turning it back on, this problem occurs again. I've checked both CPU and GPU, and both passed all boot checks without errors. I also noticed the Windows notification sound and RGB lights changed to white after a short delay, which suggests Corsair software is active. Where exactly is the video output now?
The PC starts up in Windows, yet the display output is missing.
I've used HDMI and DP connections, checked CPU and GPU settings, swapped RAM. When I power on the PC, the monitor shows the motherboard logo briefly, then displays "No Signal." I can access BIOS but the resolution drops to 800x600, rendering it nearly unreadable.
I can't access external links directly. However, you can try booting into Safe Mode using your Windows settings or the built-in troubleshooting tools. Let me know if you need guidance on that process!
From my perspective it seems to be the CPU or the motherboard. I've tested my GPU and RAM on another PC, everything works fine. I've also tried various GPUs and RAMs in mine. It's hard to say if it's the PSU since the symptoms don't match a dead PSU. Could a faulty SSD be the cause? When I swapped RAM a few times, the "Boot" LED stayed on without any changes. But it shouldn't be blinking continuously with an error message instead of stopping completely.
