Attempt it again. As mentioned, if the lights disappear in OS, everything is fine.

It seems the device isn't connecting to the operating system frequently. Swapping the CMOS battery didn't resolve the problem. I'm really confused about what's going on now.

Many boards illuminate debug LEDs during BIOS, but not all of them. It’s probably normal and occurred before any boot problems. You might want to look into the motherboard manual for details. Also, if you’re still experiencing issues after disconnecting the HDD, that could be worth investigating further.

It seems like the hard drive disconnect worked temporarily, but then it stopped working again. It looks like a random occurrence. Really puzzling what caused it.

The motherboard experienced issues but was successfully replaced with a newer model, and it’s running properly. Appreciate the support! @DoctorNick @PDifolco
