Essentially, confirm you need a high-quality unit. If they refuse or won't attempt it, take over the replacement.

Sure, I’ll proceed as requested. Let me know if you need any adjustments. Also, regarding your PSU—could you confirm if it’s functioning properly or if you’re unsure about its condition?

Windows automatically restarts during a BSOD by default. Disable this option to confirm whether you're experiencing an actual BSOD and to review the error details.

You can find the settings to disable them in the menu or options section, usually labeled as "Settings," "Preferences," or "Options."

Hey, thank you for reaching out. It sounds like the PSU and motherboard have been updated, but the system keeps crashing. Could you share more details about the symptoms or any changes you noticed?

Honestly, whether it's a RAM or CPU with any kind of overclock—like XMP or DOCP—it should be turned off to eliminate that possibility.

You can look for XMP/DOCP settings by checking your system's graphics driver options or manufacturer documentation. If you're unsure, consult the device's manual or online forums for guidance.

I'll look into it later, but they've actually swapped the motherboard now so I'll have to check the new one, just in case you're aware the model is B450M STEEL LEGEND.
