I'm not familiar with either of them being overclocked.

This whole scenario feels unusual. I believe the best course of action now, after they say they've "replaced" everything yet the problem persists (if they truly did), is a complete Windows reinstall. Treat it like a clean slate—wipe the drive and start fresh. Move any files you don’t want to lose to an external or flash storage device. Launch the Windows installer yourself, format the drive by removing all partitions and reinstalling Windows.

I don’t think I’d rely on them to handle this, especially since it’s straightforward enough for someone without technical expertise. Unless doing it could breach any warranty or agreements with the seller, I’d recommend handling it yourself. If the issue continues, request a refund or consider getting a new machine honestly. If they refuse, take it elsewhere or attempt the troubleshooting and repairs they previously handled independently.

Hey, I understand you're dealing with a tricky situation. After formatting and downgrading your PC to Windows 10, it's frustrating when it keeps crashing. It might be worth checking your power supply and connections to rule out any electrical issues. Let me know if you'd like more guidance!

Honestly, I don't know how much more I can help you. You have to be getting the run around from this shop. No way none of the stuff they've done worked. I don't think they are actually replacing the stuff they say they are. I mean it could be your power or something else you are plugging into it but I highly doubt that. A lot of what I'm about to suggest was in your OG post saying it was already tested. This whole things sounds like the people in this shop have no clue what they are doing or are lying to you about what they have done. I personally if I were in this situation would ask for a refund, or an entirely new computer. If they won't do either of those take it to another shop and get a second opinion. I will have to ask, are they experiencing the crashes in their shop too? If they are getting the crashes too then it's definitely not your power or your peripherals so no sense in trying anything below. If they are not getting the crashes in their shop there are a couple things it could be and steps to look into. One of the most common causes for these issues can be a bad surge protector. Easiest way to check that is to plug the computer directly into the wall and see if the issue persists. If it does then that's not it. If it stops crashing your surge protector is bad. Another common cause for crashing is peripherals, if you are plugging in any devices other than your mouse and keyboard such as headsets, external HDDs, or flash drives. You'll want to test the computer with none of that plugged in, besides the mouse and keyboard. External HDDs that are failing cause these kinds of issues all of the time. Same with bad USB devices. Doubtful it is this because you said you've tried booting it without them and it still crashes. That's all I have left to suggest. Really, and truly I think this shop is jerking you around. I'd look into reviews and stuff for this place because this is honestly mind blowing. If they aren't jerking you around they sound incompetent. I hate saying that about other shops as I am the head technician and manager of one but from my experience this whole situation sounds incredibly fishy.
