Yes, there was a Windows update notification area involved. I think the issue might have been caused by Windows itself, so I disabled the Windows help notifications. However, it didn’t fully resolve the problem, and I’ll keep you updated if it occurs again.

In my opinion, I'm steering clear of winning 10 like it's a nightmare and believed Nutella had all the answers... but I should have been smarter.
