The Memory increases by 5/10 up to 16 GB, and when I switch to a processor, it’s working with that full capacity. Nothing like that has been used before, but all 16 GB are currently active!

That's not the reason. These individuals are mistaken about how Chrome functions. It doesn't require 16GB of RAM to operate.

It begins immediately when I launch Task Manager and stays active even after closing it, not resetting until I reboot the computer.
