Prime95 operated smoothly for more than an hour. Memtest86 functioned without issues, while GPUPI terminated after approximately five runs. Running it once more brought the system back to batch 8, but MSI Kombuster stopped after about ten minutes of operation.
It seems the issue might be with the GPU power delivery or the power supply unit. The motherboard is unlikely to be the cause, so I’m leaning toward the PSU. So an update on the case. i took the case to a repair shop owned by a friend. he went through everything i did and this time completely cleaned the case and fans, reapplied thermal paste and updated the bios. the problem seemed to be fixed for a about two days but i had another shutdown today. the fact that re-applying thermal paste fixed the issue to some degree makes me think it might be the cpu. at this point im completely broken and don't know what to do anymore. if anyone is reading this and there are no other replies to this thread then i am still broken and in need of help.
