ThrottleStop can help lower the voltage on your CPU. It uses fewer resources than Intel XTU and offers more stability when you wake up from sleep or hibernation. To modify settings, open the FIVR window and look for the Unlock Adjustable Voltage option. You’ll need to set both your CPU core and cache offset voltages to match those in XTU. Intel XTU handles these changes simultaneously, while ThrottleStop lets you adjust them separately. After confirming a stable 100% undervolt, click the box at the bottom-right of the FIVR window and save the changes. For Windows startup, use Task Scheduler as described in the forum guide.
On laptops, turning on C states in BIOS helps the CPU cool down when idle or lightly used, and also boosts speed under light load. Check ThrottleStop’s display for the CPU multiplier during a 1 Thread TS test—compare results with and without C states enabled. If the issue persists, it’s likely resolved.
In ThrottleStop, adjust the under-voltage values in the next column to the right. Identify the section labeled "Unlock Adjustable Voltage." Check the box to allow setting your offset voltages. Below it, you'll see "Offset Voltage." Configure the range to 250 mV and fine-tune the offset for CPU core and cache at -135 mV or a stable value. The Turbo Ratio Limits you highlighted help manage your CPU's top speed. Ensure C states are enabled in your BIOS so the CPU can utilize the 38 multiplier when one core is active. If C states are disabled, you'll be restricted to the 34 multiplier.
Keep the turbo multipliers at their standard values as displayed in your photo. Your processor isn't an unlocked one, so you can't push it beyond the limits shown. Turning on C states will let your CPU utilize the turbo multipliers shown in the image. Currently, it's restricted to the 34th level.
Your laptop CPU is restricted by Intel. Adjusting the turbo ratio settings in ThrottleStop beyond the standard defaults won’t make a difference. The CPU will disregard this change. Simply turn on the C states to optimize performance under heavy load.
