I recently upgraded my PC and initially encountered issues loading at the Asrock screen. Now it boots onto a different display. The hardware includes an Asrock B550m Pro with a Ryzen 5600X, RX 580 GPU, 8GB RAM, 256GB storage, a 1TB HDD, and a 550W power supply. I've attempted various fixes: resetting CMOS, re-seating RAM and GPU, using Safe Mode, reinstalling Windows, but the same stuck screen persists. The BIOS version is 3.2, and the graphics drivers are up to date.

Are you connecting the previous hard drive with the earlier Windows setup from the old computer? If so, (I’m sure it’s true) what were those system details? The old Windows version is likely damaged Now What are the specifications of that old PC?

I am using the same drives, but I wiped wiped the SSD already and there is no trace of windows on either drive. I tried booting from usb but same issue with the black screen with blue windows logo. The only big change between the builds is I upgraded from a 3400g. The 1TB HDD is a Segate Barracuda.

You're choosing whether to use the USB port in the UEFI setup or allowing the PC to decide. You confirm there are no remnants of Windows on either storage device. You mention whether you've prepared the system partition or removed all partitions from the drive.

I chose the USB via the BIOS and also cleared the disk using the BIOS secure erase feature. For the HDD, I didn’t perform a wipe, but the same problem appears when it’s disconnected from the PC.

Did you generate the USB using the Windows 11 Installation Media Creation Tool? In the UEFI, ensure CSM is disabled, fTPM is active. Confirm the USB is connected to a rear USB port or a back panel—avoid front panel ports. A rear USB 2.0 connection is also suggested for better reliability.

I utilized the Windows 11 installation media creation utility. I attempted to disable CSM and enable FTPM, but it didn’t work. The USB drive is connected to the read input, yet it continues to display this issue.

Just launch the UEFI and instruct it to start from the USB drive. If it doesn’t respond, the USB connection might be faulty or damaged. Have you checked all available USB ports on your machine so far?
