It’s starting from the EFI drive, but Windows isn’t visible so it freezes. Press F8 through F12 (the bottom screen often shows which key opens the boot menu) right away during startup before reaching the BIOS. Make sure a USB drive is connected. This will display the boot menu where you can force the USB to start. Occasionally the BIOS doesn’t recognize the boot sequence.

I've attempted to start the system from the USB, but the problem persists.

OP lacks the RAM specifications, are we talking four DIMMs or two kits? Try placing one stick in DIMM A2 and check functionality.

I possess a 2x8GB Trident Z RGB setup at 3200 CL16, but even when used separately it didn’t function properly.

Inspect every cable to confirm correct connections on both the motherboard and PSU. Open the UEFI settings and verify if CPU temperatures are within normal ranges; if they exceed typical limits (such as 90°C), assess cooling solutions or consider re-mounting the cooler. Gently reinsert the GPU if necessary. If issues persist, try reseating the CPU.

I've already tested them and they all worked fine, but they're still the same. I'm planning to reinstall the CPU tonight after I get home.
