Yesterday there was a power cut in my neighborhood. I wasn’t paying much attention when it happened. The following day I tried to boot up my computer and it wouldn’t work. Fans spun wildly and lights flickered as if trying to activate. My screen shows nothing, and both the keyboard and mouse stopped responding. When I connected a phone charger or controller, they powered on. I’ve checked the RAM sticks, tested them separately, removed the GPU, and reset the CMOS by removing the battery, letting it rest for ten minutes, then reinserting it. Still no solution. Could you assist?

I don't have a specific power supply. Could you clarify which one you're referring to?

The GPU fans aren't rotating, yet the lighting is active.

Use it directly on the wall for better performance.

Turn off every connection, excluding the power wire to the PSU, and hold the power button for roughly fifteen seconds. After that, reattach just the power cable and attempt to activate it—no input device present.

I discovered this forum and think it matches what I’m facing. It feels like I’m acting as the “user” in that case. However, I’ve realized I need to check each component separately. Without a spare PSU nearby, I’ll have to take it to a shop for diagnosis. Once I identify the issue, I’ll share my problem details with you. https://www.justanswer.com/computer/m8rz...board.html
