I mean the cable from the wall into the PSU, I could have phrased it differently. Let me try and see. Are you suggesting that plugging your phone into your PC causes it to start charging? If so, what about LEDs on your mouse or keyboard—do they illuminate when the PC powers on?

If you connect your phone, it charges properly, but your mouse and keyboard don’t respond regardless of the port. It seems odd since the PSU is available, yet power isn’t reaching those devices. I’m trying to figure out what’s wrong without relying on guesswork.

Have you attempted my instructions? Disconnect all connections, press and maintain the power button. Connect just the power cord to the PSU and attempt to activate it?
