I resolved the issue. Initially, I planned a compact ixTX build. Then I decided to upgrade to a larger case, but the PSU cables to the motherboard were too short. I added extensions for the 24-pin and 6-pin connectors. The problem was actually with the 24-pin extension cable, which had burned out. I replaced it with a standard PSU and everything worked properly now.
