System failure detected. PC is unable to power off.
Hi everyone, I've been facing some PC issues recently. When I power off my computer, it stops working properly, but when I restart, Chrome remains open with the latest tab. After reviewing Task Manager, it shows my PC has been running for six days in a row. If anyone has any advice or solutions, please share. I've attached a screenshot of Task Manager here: https://imgur.com/a/5oWB7. If this isn't the right place, I apologize, as I'm not sure what's going on.
