Hi everyone, I've been facing some PC issues recently. When I power off my computer, it stops working properly, but when I restart, Chrome remains open with the latest tab. After reviewing Task Manager, it shows my PC has been running for six days in a row. If anyone has any advice or solutions, please share. I've attached a screenshot of Task Manager here: https://imgur.com/a/5oWB7. If this isn't the right place, I apologize, as I'm not sure what's going on.

Consider pausing the process. Enter the admin prompt and run powercfg -h off, then attempt to shut down.

It seems related to a Windows Fast Boot feature, akin to hibernation. It simply speeds up the PC startup process as I recall.

It turns off all hibernation options. This covers fast boot as well. It also adds some extra storage space. I can go into more detail if you're interested. No need to ask for more. The command that disables it automatically treats fast startup as a mix of hibernation and shutdown. It also triggers other problems in addition to this.
