The last tip I can give you is Reinstall Windows , I know it is very annoying to install and set everything up again but that might help!

I've considered this and even as an intern handling IT tasks, I'm having trouble figuring out how to transfer my Windows from one SSD to a M.2 drive. This has paused my progress. I'll check again once I'm back home. (I only reset computers via network resets) With just 50/10 speeds (50 megabit download, 10 upload), I'd prefer to rule out other issues. Notably, my PC consumes all household internet bandwidth during downloads—especially when handling an 800GB file at 5-6 MB/s, which will take a long time.

I'm really concerned about changing the BIOS for my CPU. I thought it could be done safely, but I know it's quite dangerous!

It's simple and direct, but sometimes updating the BIOS can reduce stability when you push your system to its limits. You might have to limit overclocking and then restore settings. Stick to the owner’s guide instructions for best results. Look for the most recent BIOS that confirms support for 3rd generation Ryzen processors.

Ensure Windows is current by clicking the update button, verify chipset updates, and consider BIOS updates as well. Once those are done, run HWinfo to inspect sensor status when the CPU is fully loaded.
