The system lacks BIOS Flashback support; a compatible CPU must be present for it to function. Do you have anyone you know who might lend you a previous Ryzen processor?

AMD previously provided a program allowing them to lend a CPU for BIOS upgrades to newer models. You might want to reach out to AMD customer support to check if this service is still available.
