The tool I use for downloading Microsoft Windows 7 USB or DVD files has always performed perfectly. It’s easy to use. The main challenge is that you’ll need a Windows 7 ISO file, which isn’t being offered for free anymore by Microsoft.

Once you create the ISO using imgburn, you proceed to burn it onto a USB drive using RUFUS.
