ADW CLEANER IS THE PERFECT SOLUTION! https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownl...dwcleaner/ Removes all unwanted files from your browser, registries, shortcuts, and more! : D
there might be something hidden in your system. even after uninstalling or renaming it, the service could still run and automatically download the virus again. you may need to remove the service from the registry so it disappears from the list. it could also be hiding in %appdata/, so check there for any unusual folders and delete them. try running it in safe mode to see if the issue persists.
Recommend removing the issue using the tools that identified it and either turn off or completely erase all system restore points, as it could be hiding there and regenerating itself over time. It's also possible the virus is leveraging a legitimate restore process to create the window. If that doesn't work, you'll need to start fresh with a clean operating system.
If it reappears after removal, there might be other issues on your PC. Deleting it could help with some viruses, but it may return or other problems could still be present, capturing your passwords or keystrokes. The right step is to format the PC and restore data from backups. Trying to roll back or refresh Windows usually doesn't work. If the malware isn't detected or is in unexpected places, it often slips through during rollback. Don't waste time trying to keep the installation running; just delete it.
