You requested a method to bypass a
Steam
title,
Steam
games are protected by measures that aren’t freely available, so any work not approved by Valve constitutes copyright infringement. Please review the agreement you accept upon registration below.
A. General Content and Services License
Valve and your subscriptions necessitate the automatic download and setup of Content and Services on your device. Valve provides you with a license, which you agree to, allowing you to use the Content and Services solely for personal, non-business purposes (unless specifically permitted within this agreement or in the terms of your subscription). This license ceases when either this agreement or a subscription containing it is ended.
The Content and Services are licensed, not purchased. This license does not grant you any rights of ownership or title over the Content and Services. To utilize these resources, you’ll need a Steam Account, and you may need to have the Steam application running and maintain an active connection to the internet.

It continues to confuse me! Do you actually take the time to review my message? Furthermore, asserting Terms of Service regarding the entire internet without first reading them is a remarkably unconvincing argument – please examine it yourself and my post (as it seems you neglected to do so beforehand)... This segment is entirely filled with inaccurate information and excessively irrelevant details. The provided answer above represents the definitive guidance for future readers, and I will no longer engage in this conversation; have a pleasant evening.

It’s simple to transfer Steam games to a USB drive, another folder, or an entirely different hard drive – even onto a separate computer. This is done directly through the Steam application. However, you will usually still need to sign in to the Steam client on that specific PC to confirm that the user has the proper authorization to play that particular game.
