you're running a Windows 10 host with VirtualBox 6.1.18 and trying to boot Windows 7. you're considering using VirtualBox but found it slow and unresponsive despite having a decent system (4 cores, 8gb ram) and Hyper-V enabled. you also received the Windows 7 ISO directly from Microsoft.

The CMIIW virtualbox doesn't work when Hyper-V is turned on.

Consider turning off 3D acceleration. You're experiencing some problems with it while using Windows 7 inside a VBox VM recently.
