Apart from the RGB there is a Constant White LED illuminated. Not sure what it means

It might be any component. Consider checking the BIOS, the CPU itself, and try removing all RAM to see if the issue resolves.

Removed the RAM and now upon startup the LED shows CPU before shifting to RAM after about half a second.
