Have you checked both A2 and B2 options using a single RAM stick? If so, it might be the CPU, BIOS, or MOBO—try flashing a newer BIOS version (like the second-to-last one) but keep an eye on the LED indicators instead of just timing.

Consider using a different USB stick. My MSI mortar b550 is particular. I tried a popular Sandisk but it didn’t work, so I went for a random one I found at a store and it functioned perfectly.

My MSI B450 Gaming Plus is quite strict about USB drives when flashing the BIOS. I've tested five different drives, but only one successfully updated the BIOS via the rear USB port.
