Your setup is solid for streaming, but the performance depends on your specific needs. The i5 6500 and GTX 1060 should handle most modern streams smoothly, especially if you're not doing ultra-high-resolution or complex content. If lag persists, consider optimizing settings, upgrading RAM slightly, or using a more powerful GPU. Let me know if you want tips on improving frame rates!

Performance isn't great on four cores. Streaming might work better with two cores for the game and two for the stream.

I don’t have a specific setup to show, but I can guide you through the process.

I watched the stream with great interest and used the same configuration. There were no problems, though a minor frame drop occurred during demanding games such as PUBG on high settings.

the game performs well with high graphics options, yet on a wireless link I experience slow uploads and frequent downloads. i’m likely switching to a wired connection for better performance. what settings are you using in obs? it might be worth connecting your pc directly.

You have identical configuration but with 16GB RAM. Increasing the CPU overclock should work without issues.

You’ve got 300 up and down tracks. It hasn’t been a while since you streamed, and you remember using medium settings with a lower bitrate. Try experimenting a bit to find what works best.

Sure, the OC wouldn't have a big impact; I only saw a few extra frames when I was in the 4.3 area.
