However, it mentions that I don't have admin privileges (I do). I've also attempted to use the default administrator account. Additionally, there are ongoing issues with printing, copying, and pasting.

This is a UAC issue. Make sure your admin account is owner and has full control of the drives in your PC and the registry. Then try again
