I was curious about when Steam improves and fixes itself overall. Sometimes during big sales, even when I’m just downloading or not doing anything, the Steam client won’t start properly and crashes. Games like Sniper Elite III often freeze while playing. If I enable offline mode, it works fine, but I can’t activate it because I’m downloading a game. Do you guys think so? For example, with Origin, there aren’t these issues. It always runs perfectly.

They only require it for a short period, making it an unnecessary expense.

Absolutely, I can't handle multiple games, especially not in single-player mode because of that...

Steam works without an internet connection. You can use it in offline mode.

Additionally, there are no problems... I suspect the issues lie at the valve end.

Are you thinking about downloading while playing games? By default, Steam pauses downloads during gameplay, so you need to adjust the settings to allow continuing downloads—especially important for multiplayer sessions.
