but they aren't providing me with 86.9%, instead they're offering just 1/3 of the selling price, but only for 3c items.

They still charge SCM on things even when they're being sold for just three cents. Maybe it's a requirement by law.

Instead of blaming them for theft, it's better to avoid making such accusations. It can come across as overly self-assured when it doesn't match the situation.
