Hey everyone,
I'm working on assembling my first gaming PC with a $1200 budget for 1440p gaming. I need some guidance on my list, and any recommendations are welcome.

GPU :
Gigabyte GAMING OC Radeon RX 7700 XT 12 GB

CPU :
AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 3.7 GHz 6-Core Processor

Motherboard :
MSI B550M PRO-VDH WIFI Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard

RAM :
G.Skill Ripjaws V 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3600 CL18 Memory

SSD :
TEAMGROUP MP44L 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive

Case :
Lian Li LANCOOL 215

Power Supply :
Seasonic B12 80 Plus Bronze 750W

Everything looks good except for the PSU and the case—I’m not too sure about those. I’m only doing some online research, so I’m open to all ideas.

Thanks and have a great day!

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! You might want to parse a PCPartPicker link to your build for the sake of simplicity and please follow the stylization of this thread; *How to Ask for New Build or Upgrade Advice* How to Ask for New Build or Upgrade Advice First off, respect where respect is due - this is an adaptation of the Animal's *How To Ask For New Build Advice* Sticky. I created this because there's a lot of posts nowadays asking for upgrade advice both on here and on the CPU forums, and I feel... forums. with necessary info, inclusive of your budget, your location and your preferred site for purchase.

Hi there,
Apologies if I didn't mention my origin is Morocco.
Budget ranges from 10,000 to 12,000 MAD, which is roughly around 1200$.
Main uses are gaming and some Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop work.
I plan to purchase a separate monitor with 1440p resolution.
Preferred website: utrapc
No overcloaking required
PC Part Picker
Thanks!

Hey, do you really need to switch the CPU? I saw it’s only about 5% more powerful than the 5600, but since I plan to keep this setup for a while, would that extra bit make a difference? Also, feel free to share your thoughts on the other parts—I’d appreciate your input. Thanks.

As mentioned earlier, please feel free to share your thoughts on the other parts. I’m ready to review all your ideas and suggestions. My component selections are restricted here since I only have options when I release them, but I aim to provide the most suitable choices within my budget if possible. Thanks.

Seems okay to me, but perhaps if we wait a few more months until the next release, people might begin selling these items almost identically as in the second-hand market for lower prices. (Or even better at the same cost)

The entry-level power supply is superior to most others but unsuitable for a RX 7700 XT configuration. It isn't manufactured by SeaSonic; instead, it's produced by Helly using very inexpensive capacitors.

Hey, I don't feel comfortable with refurbished computers; I prefer a brand-new unit with warranty.
