From your options, the RMe stands out as the top selection. The MSI MAG isn't terrible. I wouldn't choose any of the others.
Is there a SeaSonic G12 available? It's quite good at least. Still not outstanding.
I'd consider another SSD. Crucial or Western Digital would be better if a Samsung is too costly.

The SeaSonic G12 isn't available, but I have three other options to consider.
TeamGroup MP33 M.2 PCIe NVMe 1TB
TeamGroup T-FORCE CARDEA Z44L M.2 PCIe 4.0 NVMe 1TB
MSI SPATIUM M450 NVMe M.2 1TB
However, the one in my build offers the fastest read/write speeds.

I'll be adjusting the PSU only, how do you feel about the overall build—do you think the parts fit well together and is it suitable for 1440p?

It seems like a solid setup! To cut costs, consider a more affordable case that still includes fans.
If the Ryzen 5 5600 is in stock, they tend to be cheaper and operate cooler than the 5600X without significantly affecting performance.
For gaming purposes, opt for the lowest-priced PCIe 3.0 NVMe drive you can find. Higher speeds aren’t necessary for gameplay.
Regarding power supplies, there’s a resource called the "PSU Cultist List":
PSU Tier List rev. 17.0g - Cultists Network
This guide assists in selecting the optimal PSU from numerous options available. Whether you’re on a budget or at the top end, it covers everything from entry-level to premium models.
cultists.network
It doesn’t include every PSU but offers recommendations. Choose a "C" tier or above if your budget allows and it’s accessible in your area.
Good luck with your project!

Hey thanks for the reply!
For this situation it seems to be either this model or some very inexpensive, lesser-known brands that lack reviews.
I’m thinking of using the 5600x instead of the 5600 because I’ll be keeping the build for a while and the slight boost could make a difference, but if there’s no major distinction I’ll go with the 5600.
That’s the cheapest SSD I’ve managed to find.
Looking at the tier list, the RME looks like the top choice for me.
