My system details are as follows:
Operating System: Windows 11 Pro
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 9700X 8-Core (3.80 GHz)
Graphics Card: Silicon Power X870 Gaming WIFI6 AMD AM5 LGA 1718 Board
RAM: 32.0 GB (31.1 GB available)
GPU: ASRock Challenger Radeon RX 9070 16GB GDDR6
Storage: Silicon Power 2TB UD90 NVMe 4.0 Gen4 PCIe M.2 SSD, read/write speeds up to 5,000/4,800 MB/s
Power Supply: CORSAIR RMx SHIFT Series™ RM750x 80 PLUS Gold
My concern is that the disk operates at full capacity shortly after starting the game. During this, other applications become unresponsive, audio problems appear, lag occurs, and graphics elements fail to load properly (for example, textures may temporarily become blocky before resolving). When I close the game, the disk usage drops back to normal and the system becomes fully responsive again. Despite my efforts—restarting the PC after each fix, running diagnostic tools, disabling certain settings, updating drivers, and performing multiple chkdsk and scan operations—I still experience this issue. It occasionally disappears for a short period but returns shortly afterward. The processes listed in Task Manager by disk usage order show the game first and system processes below it.

I have tried everything I could find online, yet the problem persists. If anyone has suggestions or insights, I would greatly appreciate your assistance, as this is becoming quite frustrating.

Check for other applications that might be active simultaneously.
Review your installed programs for any unfamiliar or unwanted entries.
Identify the model and configuration of your case, including the fan setup.
The m.2 SSD is positioned beneath the GPU, where airflow is minimal.
Especially when using an aio cooler, a SSD may reduce performance if overheating occurs to safeguard itself.

my case is Okinos
my fans are positioned as front 3 in, top 3 out, and one at the back
i have a peerless assassin fan and heat sink cpu cooler
my ssd is placed under my gpu with a heatsink on top
i monitor the temperature for my ssd and it hasn't exceeded the operating temperature specified by the manufacturer. That's assuming the monitor is accurate.

Heat sinks are ineffective without proper airflow around them.
Most exhaust fans push the front air intake upward and outward at the top of the case before it can reach the CPU cooler and the heat sink beneath.
I believe this isn't your main concern, but testing by turning off the top fans could be a straightforward way to check.

You might attempt to revert Windows to a state from several days prior; it could indicate a problem with the operating system.

Another option is to turn off Windows Indexing; it could be the cause

When your PC is just put together, verify whether the SSD port has a direct connection to the CPU.

It is in the right position. Your motherboard includes an integrated heat sink that needs to be taken out to access the primary M.2 slot.
