SSD Defrag
Avoid reshaping your SSD. They have a limited number of read/write cycles and excessive defragmentation drains them faster. SSDs function quite differently from conventional spinning hard drives. The act of defragmenting primarily aims to minimize the natural delay the read/write head experiences while moving across the disk.
Learn from the Wikipedia page on Trim in computing. It explains how TRIM works with SSDs, making defragmentation unnecessary. However, it notes that HDDs still benefit from TRIM.
Thanks Everyone For the Reply, but i clicked the first one and anyone tell me what that program is different from the disk defragment?
It could be a built-in application provided by your computer's maker. Not entirely clear, though.
