Hello guy XyLer, welcome back! I know I might have missed my old password, but let's set that aside for now. I'm here to support the community in promoting HAWKEN, a first-person mech shooter. My team of six is working together on YouTube and other social platforms to boost interest in the game. Recently, we discussed reaching out to Linus about using the game for PC build guides. I’m curious—can Linus try playing it as a test for his upcoming builds? I really enjoy the game myself and even started my own channel to help promote it. What are your thoughts? Also, just a note—I’ve forgotten a few things about posting online. If anything feels risky, let me know so we can avoid any issues. As a dedicated HAWKEN fan, I’m excited to see how this progresses!
That’s a rather critical take… but did you test it during the closed beta phase? If so, things seem to have shifted quite a bit, and I believe it has made a significant improvement. I’ll just acknowledge that they took away the option to upgrade specific stats like Armour, Attack, and Movement.
I have tried it more recently, I just don't find it engaging, the environments are boring and dull, the combat doesn't have much feeling, lack of customisation, dated overall feeling Its not to say its BAD game, but .. I have other games that took my time, and I was never engaged enough in Hawken to spend more time on it
In 2003 the screenshot was coming in.
Quick correction: wow! A 2GHZ dual-core processor with a 720p display? That's quite a sarcastic remark.
Edit 2: My old laptop, which cost around 600 euros three to four years ago, doesn't meet the current specs. That's why I'm really disappointed by what this game demands.
The Witcher III is actually great for benchmarking.
Edit 3: Give Titanfall a shot. It's essentially similar to Hawken but it can run for over two hours.
