He mentioned using GTA V with the new Intel Pentium G4560 and a modern GPU, recommending a frame rate of 30fps because 60fps would be too demanding. He believes this setup represents a low-end CPU, though he acknowledges that some might consider the i3 6100 as low-end. He also points out that modern CPUs can manage 60fps if they have sufficient resources, but performance may vary depending on the application. He prefers consistent frame rates over fluctuating ones.

I understand his perspective. He avoids Frame-Drops, though it could restrict performance by capping FPS at 30. The gameplay feels poor at that setting. Consider letting it run uncap or enabling VSync for better experience.

He’s having a few problems, but VSync at 60 should work fine.

Limiting the output to 30 lines truly conserves energy and heat. It will remain smooth overall, just achieving speed as quickly as possible, even without consistent 60 frames per second.

For starters, that is a low end CPU. Low end doesnt mean bad, it just means that the CPU is lower grade than mainstream i5s and i7s. The higher the FPS the better, i see no reason to cap at 30. While it may not be able to hold consistently at 60fps, it should be close most of the time.

Yeah i did state whatever works for him but that doesn't justify that 60fps "looks better" and I still question the "low end cpu" statement tho

The G4560 can maintain high performance exceeding 60 frames per second even with improved graphics cards

It doesn't really matter, his background is important.

FPS jumps over 30 frames per second aren't as important, you'll probably see some fluctuations, but it becomes noticeable only when you go below that 30fps threshold, based on what I've experienced.
