Sound Blaster Command problem - Encoder error - Service not running fixed.
I can click on [Fix for me] and it functions perfectly, but after restarting my PC it reverts. This is the sole issue I've encountered since getting the AE-7. I'm using headphones and the connection is correct. The card is in the PCI-E x4 slot. I have an ASrock X570 Phantom Gaming 4 MoBo. I've searched online but found no detailed information about my case. I'm hoping someone with similar experiences can share less obvious solutions. Please see the attached image for reference.
dolbydts services are not functioning.
First, check the task manager → services → open services.
There are two audio services: Sound Blaster Audio Service (CtHdaSvc.exe) and Creative Audio Service (CTAudSvcService.exe).
One is for DTS, the other for Dolby.
Both should be configured with automatic startup.

I located CTAudSvcService.exe and set it to automatic. But I can't find CtHdaSvs.exe. Perhaps restarting the PC would help?
That was the first step I took, trying it three times just to be sure. I even removed it and used the Driver boosters device remover tool to eliminate any remaining plugin traces. When I ran out of options, I turned to you for help, and fortunately you were aware of the services. They worked well.
