Sometimes things go wrong in games or on my computer. I have tried almost every fix?
Hey guys, I've been having trouble with stuttering games like FFXIV and Tarkov , and I'm really stuck. I tried fixing it in both BIOS and Windows, even swapping out major parts. But the problem is still there. I hope someone here can help me find something I missed. I already posted this on Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/techsupport/com...top_usage/
Here are my PC specs:
CPU: Ryzen 7 9800X3D (I had the same problem with the older 9800X3D)
GPU: RTX 5080 (I upgraded from a 4070 Ti, and I get stuttering on both)
Motherboard: ASUS B650E-E (Swapped for an MSI X870 Gaming – same issue with both boards)
Cooler: NZXT Kraken 2024 (The stock cooler, not using USB or CAM features)
PSU: Corsair RX1000M RAM: G.Skill Trident Z Neo 64GB (30-40-40 EXPO) (I also tried a Corsair Dominator 64GB)
Keyboard: Wooting 80HE Mouse: Hitscan Hyperlight 1kHz Monitor: AORUS FO27Q3 360Hz OLED (DP 2.1 Cable)
Audio: GoXLR Storage: Samsung 990 Pro 2TB (I tried another 990Pro 2TB) Fan Controller: NZXT Controller

I'm not seeing major spikes in temps or usage either. Im already losing my mind. Please help.. Clip of my Stutter: https://streamable.com/6p6m26 (look at the end when im scoping)
Check Reliability History or Monitor to see if there are any error codes, warnings, or info messages right when your stutter happens.
I checked the eventViewer and Reliability History to see what was going on back when the stutter happened, but there was nothing recorded then. I'm attaching a picture here, just so you know it's in German too. https://imgur.com/a/3vUJbfr View: https://imgur.com/a/3vUJbfr
