He’s probably testing your system or trying to gain access. You can check for unauthorized software by running a full scan with updated antivirus. Disable unnecessary services and review startup items in Task Manager. If suspicious files appear, consider removing them or changing your passwords.

He might be employing a corporate license that controls several machines. Standard OEM Windows credentials are tied to your motherboard ID. I’m unsure if he’s monitoring without checking the commands you enter.

It seems you're asking about downloading Cat.exe and need guidance on the process. Make sure to share the command you ran for assistance.

This involves risking your investment by attempting to hack software. Begin with a comprehensive malware check using Malwarebytes.

I tried it and the only result was the disabled cmd prompt. Last night I upgraded Windows from 10 to 11, so I’m not sure if the cmd is active or if there’s anything unwanted on my PC. (Antivirus might have caught it)

Many people mentioned we lack details about the commands executed. The situation seems unclear without more specifics. Could you provide the exact commands you ran and describe any issues you're experiencing?

I notice performance drops and random background windows appearing. Regarding the command, I don’t recall it well. He might have looked up that command earlier. If you can review the command history, that would help.

I searched for the cmd key feature and realized he was granting admin access by running Mr Run and using the provided IPK file.

It might not be what you think. You can also purchase the key, and there are options to prevent that command from executing.
