I attempted various settings like 4k, 1440p, and 1080p at 1.05 patch. I reduced crowd density to medium and even lowered the overall settings. Disabling RT and Ultra Performance DLSS helped, but I still managed around 35 to 32 FPS. Someone please assist.

Regardless of the setting I choose, lowering crowd density to medium gives me around 37FPS in this scene, whether it's 4k, 1440p or 1080p. I'm using an R5 3600 and an RTX 3080. Even after turning off RT, adjusting Dlss settings, and trying all combinations, my frame rate stays low at about 35FPS.

You're seeing a settings menu on the main screen, not the in-game interface.

The environment I'm adjusting in the pause menu is the current one.

Check out the mod and ensure your latest AMD drivers are installed. The game continues to run smoothly at 4K in many areas.

You're experiencing low frame rates even at 1080p resolution, despite using LOW settings and DLSS for high performance. The current rate is only 37 FPS, which isn't sufficient.

The update is available for version 1.04, but some sites claim it hasn't been updated yet.

You own a heavily overclocked 5600x and 3080, running at 1440p originally. After using that patch, your frame rate stabilized. I demonstrated the changes, but the decision to proceed is yours.

It doesn't matter which patch version you're using for the game. This update resolves AMD hardware problems across all versions of Cyberpunk.
