It's CD Projekt Red, not Rockstar, and you won't face a ban for fixing a major issue they overlooked in the game.

I understand that similar ban rules are likely in effect. It feels disappointing. I spent a lot on the 3080 and a 4K monitor, and now I'm seeing this. The mod you recommended seems to involve changing 75 to EB.

It didn’t help reduce my FPS drops. Just installed the zip file into the x64 folder, no changes made. Am I expected to do anything else?
