Apologies for the delayed reply. The first problem was resolved with AMD Software Adrenalin Edition 23.3.1. I didn't check the second issue since it would be inconvenient to reactivate my GPU again if it remains unresolved. I'm currently using my second monitor via the mainboard HDMI (a compact 1080p display) rather than relying on the GPU at the moment.
Turn off all screens except one. Save DDU and access the website at the provided link. Once the program is open, adjust settings, select re-launch, and run it in safe mode. The computer will reboot into safe mode. After restart, reinstall Adrenaline.
