Arma 3 runs smoothly on a joystick, especially for flying mechanics. Battlefield 3 and 4 might also suit it. Old platformers could work too—I recall playing Power Rangers back then with a joystick.

I'm halfway through downloading Arma 3 again. I've played a lot during its Alpha, Beta, and final versions, but it became repetitive and dull since there wasn't anyone to play with. I don't have any friends, which is part of the situation.
