I recently assembled a brand new PC and initially it functioned flawlessly. But after a month it began malfunctioning every time it started, and I’m unsure what to do. Eventually, the issue stopped after some unpredictable time and the screen worked properly again. I’ve uninstalled the display driver completely, reinstalled clean versions twice, swapped the HDMI cable, and reinserted my GPU. Here are the details: Ryzen 7 5800X3d NZXT N7 B550 RX 7900XTX Sabrent Rocket 4 2TB. Attached is a short video of what I’m experiencing (20230521_093300.mp4).

GPU performance seems limited. When entering graphics mode via BIOS/UEFI, it drops significantly. This issue appears to require a replacement part.

It shows obvious issues. Running a benchmark such as Unigine Superposition leads to problems.
