I've been employing an HDMI 2.1 connection for a while now, but your monitor (Gigabyte M28U) can't handle DisplayPort 2+, so plugging in the HDMI cable doesn't solve the problem.

Sure, I can look into that. Just let me know if you need help interpreting the results.

To locate crash events in your AMD driver software, check the system logs or diagnostic tools provided by the manufacturer. These often appear in the event viewer or crash reporting section of the driver interface. If you need further guidance, let me know the specific software you're using.

For fun, send it to Gen3. It won’t affect performance much, which is great if it works.

It's unclear what specific update you're asking about. Could you clarify which feature or version you mean?

It might be the monitor, though I'm not sure. I attempted another solution anyway. I installed the AMD chipset drivers, which I apparently overlooked, and after restarting it doesn't cause any issues. I've observed that the glitches disappear on their own after a while when the device is turned on. However, a new issue has emerged:

Do you have another display available? I experienced a similar issue with my 3080OC during a case rebuild, where the DP cable didn’t work properly.
