You should just remove the battery and plug it back in, unless you're certain the CMOS needs a quick jump. Old boards like yours might not need it, but it's safer to confirm.

We're making good progress. I changed the plug and unplugged the battery. I accessed the BIOS and everything was great! Thanks!
