There isn't a built-in option to adjust the field of view directly within the game. You may need to check with the developer or support for potential workarounds.

Just tried locating the configuration file, but it doesn’t exist. This could require some effort. Edit: it looks like the system won’t allow this because of IG rules.

The technique you describe locks the field of view to a fixed setting, preventing adjustments even when the bow is used.

Sure, I understand. The game tends to freeze often, but it works fine otherwise. It performs very well in benchmarks, reaching near maximum speeds, though it doesn’t hit ultra high. On an overclocked 780, I’m averaging around 117 fps.

I haven't experienced any freezes or issues so far. I'm running the big texture pack at ultra settings, and I maintain around 60fps without any problems.

I mean which approach we're using right now. It's mainly about improving the active field of view, since that's what's been most affected.

Looking for methods to adjust the field of view or camera distance? Third-party tools are available. The modding community is active and likely to support this project. This game could become a major hit in its genre.

Locate the floating point value for the FOV in Cheat Engine. Modify it and then secure the change so it remains fixed. Many scenes alter the FOV, such as when using the bow, zooming on enemies, or during cutscenes.
