I just ran a quick game with the hardware monitor and saw my GPU1 hit near 90% during stutters. My core clock seems to vary a lot—hard to tell if it's stable or not.

They were doing the same and I just adjusted my power settings to match my graphics card, removing any restrictions from Windows.
