Hi, I'm facing the same problem with Windows 10 after the November update. I tried to personalize the lock screen, but it keeps telling me certain settings are controlled by my organization. I'm using Windows 10 Home in English. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

It wasn't a clean installation; it was just an upgrade.

It seems the issue might have been resolved with a fresh installation following the update.

Pro functions similarly to earlier versions, managing control via the domain and AD.

This problem occurred previously, but the fix worked then; however, it isn’t functioning now.

I’d prefer to back up, download the November ISO, and perform a fresh installation.
