Insert the USB drive, navigate through BIOS settings, adjust the boot sequence so USB comes first, and it should start up correctly.

I need to know if you should format both partitions or just the one where Windows was installed before. Since your data is on D: Data, it’s safe to format that drive first, then reinstall Windows 10. Formatting C: will also be necessary if you want a clean start.

You might simply proceed with a few changes, but removing both partitions and starting over would be the better choice...there are valid reasons for completely rebuilding it.

Consider using file copying tools for transferring files to a non-gigabit router via Wi-Fi or to a USB 3.0 external drive. Based on your needs, I suggest checking out some free utilities recommended online.
